Come visit this beautiful, one of a kind, all-age Rawhide Mobile Home Park. Close to New Melones Lake and beautiful Table Mountain. It's away from all hustle and bustle of city living. This is the only mobile home park that allows you to LIVE IN OR RENT OUT your unit. There is no park rent, only a very reasonable monthly assessment fee of $300.00 which covers water, garbage, sewer and use of the club house. RV/boat storage as availability allows. The club house is well maintained with kitchen, pool table, TV area, Ping-Pong and reading area. The outside has a covered porch with BBQ's, picnic tables, horseshoes, shuffleboard, basketball and play area. You will find a car wash area and a fish cleaning sink for the outdoorsman. Certain areas and facilities can be rented for private parties. When you purchase the right to occupy a space here, you purchase 40 shares of Rawhide Investment Co. Inc. and 40 shares of Rawhide Mutual Water Co. Inc. All homeowners have a vested interest in how the park is run and a stake in keeping the park beautiful and functional. A new manufactured home is not included in the sales price. Contact your agent before doing a drive by so park manager is aware.
